Ahmed, a co-founder of Jozoor Landscapes, serves as the Chief Executive Officer. He completed his BBA (Investment Management) at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada, and gained 2 years of experience in investment banking before returning to Egypt in 1999. Ahmed furthered his education by obtaining an MBA from Maastricht School of Management. Over the years, he has co-founded multiple companies in various sectors such as office consumables, trading, lighting solutions, and construction, operating across Egypt and the GCC. In 2016, Ahmed successfully completed the Business Coach Certification Program at Gazelles International.
Mohamed Salah El Din - General Manager
Mohamed is a highly experienced professional with over two decades of expertise in the construction industry across the GCC and Egypt. He has held key positions at renowned contractors such as EGICO, Derviche Haddad UAE, and Al Jaber & Partners Qatar. Starting his career as a Site Engineer, he progressed to become a Projects Director overseeing a multi-billion Riyal project portfolio at Al Jaber & Partners Qatar. His significant contributions to delivering prestigious projects for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup showcase his exceptional leadership and project management skills. With a proven track record of leading large project teams and effectively engaging with stakeholders, Mohamed brings a unique blend of qualifications and capabilities to drive Jozoor to the forefront of the Egyptian market.
Hassan Abdallah - Board Member, Operations & Development Director
At Jozoor since its inception in 2019, Hassan has proven himself as a highly skilled professional with a diverse background. Holding a BArch degree from Academy of Art University, he currently serves as Board Member, working closely under the mentorship of Mohamed Salah. In his role as Operations & Development Director, Hassan is pivotal in optimizing operational processes, our ERP system, ensuring compliance, and driving company development initiatives. With over 5 years of experience in project management, Hassan is a key leader in advancing the company's operations.
Aya Fathi - HR & Administration Director
Specializing in Human Resources and Administration, Aya graduated from Ain Shams University with a degree in English Literature in 2000. Aya has successfully completed a mini-MBA program in Human Resources and possesses over 15 years of extensive experience in the dynamic construction and engineering sector in Egypt and the GCC region. Her expertise lies in performance management, talent acquisition, and effective personnel administration. Aya excels in recruiting top talent, managing people, overseeing corporate operations, and demonstrating a deep understanding of labor laws in Egypt and the Gulf region. Her ability to build high-performing teams has significantly contributed to the growth and success of the organizations she has been a part of.
Hadeel Youssef - Commercial Manager
Hadeel is an experienced architectural engineer with a background of over 15 years in infrastructure and landscape projects. She developed her expertise in tendering, procurement, and contracts management during her time at various reputable companies in Egypt. Hadeel graduated from The Higher Institute of Engineering, El Shorouk Academy in 2009 and achieved distinction in her MBA studies at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transportation in 2013. Additionally, she has successfully finished the CLAC 30 & CLAC 40, along with obtaining the CCP certification. In her role leading our Commercial Department, Hadeel oversees our tendering, variations, contract administration, and claims functions.

Amr Azab - Treasury Manager
With a wealth of experience exceeding ten years in Finance and Treasury, Amr is an accomplished Treasury Manager with expertise in the retail, manufacturing, and construction sectors. Amr's expertise is particularly evident in his management of bank relations and meticulous oversight of liquidity. In 2018, Amr attained the esteemed Certified Treasury Professional® designation, underscoring his commitment to development in the field. Furthermore, he holds an MBA from ESLSCA, further enriched by a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting.
